    What is tax advisory for businesses?

    The broadest form of our support is ongoing tax advisory, known as a “tax duty service.” It involves providing continuous tax-related support to clients, including outside standard business hours. This gives you access to professional advice at flexible times, tailored to your needs.

    Scope of tax advisory services

    As part of our services, we offer, among others:

    • ongoing consultations and explanations regarding tax obligations arising from Polish regulations,
    • analysis of documents (contracts, invoices, accounting notes) in terms of tax risks and consequences,
    • participation in client meetings and discussions concerning tax matters,
    • preparation of brief tax notes and information for the client,
    • preparation of reports and summaries from conducted tax duty services,
    • informing clients about changes in tax law and trends in tax audits,
    • comprehensive handling of the client’s tax matters, including representation before tax offices, ZUS, the Tax Control Office (UKS), and courts, as well as preparing the client for providing explanations.

    Quarterly audit – review of accounting books

    As part of the quarterly audit, we offer:

    • identification and assessment of tax risks and threats,
    • analysis of the company’s business profile and an initial review of accounting books,
    • verification of compliance of accounting policies and books with the Accounting Act,
    • identification of risk areas in key company processes,
    • verification of source documentation and the reliability of accounting records,
    • analysis of fixed assets, depreciation, inventory turnover, and production processes,
    • review of receivables, liabilities, and impairment write-downs,
    • analysis of tax liabilities and other charges, including VAT registers and PIT and ZUS settlements,
    • assessment of provisions, accruals, and the correctness of foreign currency transactions,
    • verification of the effectiveness of the HR and payroll area,
    • analysis of risks related to tax liabilities.

    Annual audit of financial statements

    As part of the annual audit, we offer:

    • audit of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the Accounting Act,
    • review of IT systems to the extent necessary to verify data,
    • tax review covering VAT, CIT, PIT, ZUS, and customs liabilities,
    • presentation of recommendations in key areas of the company’s operations in the form of Management Letters,
    • issuance of an opinion and report confirming the correctness and reliability of the financial statements and accounting records.
